Paying invoices: payment methods, currencies and receipts

How to pay an invoice, which payment methods and currencies are available, and where your receipts are.

How to pay an invoice

Open the invoice from /panel/invoices and choose a payment method under Pay this invoice. You are taken to the payment provider's secure page, you pay there, and you come back to the invoice. It is marked Paid as soon as the provider confirms the payment — you do not need to do anything else.

Which payment methods are offered

The methods you see depend on what is switched on and on your invoice's currency. Depending on the setup, you may see:

  • Cards and wallets — credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link.

  • Bank payments — ACH Direct Debit (US), SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact and other local bank methods.

  • Cash App Pay, PayPal and Venmo — where available in your country and currency.

  • Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (including Lightning) and other coins.

  • Bank transfer / wire — we show our bank details and a reference; we mark the invoice paid when the money arrives, usually within 1–3 business days.

  • Account credit — pay from your prepaid balance. See Adding funds and using account credit.

Bank debits and transfers take longer to confirm than cards. Until they are confirmed, the invoice stays unpaid.

Your card and bank details are never stored by us

We never see or store your full card number or bank account number. You enter them on the payment provider's own page (for example Stripe or PayPal). The list under /panel/payment-methods only keeps a label, brand and last four digits as a reference for you.

Currencies

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your chosen currency at the current exchange rate — use the currency menu in the header. When you order, the currency and the price are locked for that order, so your renewals stay the same even if exchange rates move. Not every payment method supports every currency; you only see the ones that work for your invoice.

Receipts

A paid invoice is your receipt. Open it from /panel/invoices to see the line items, the amount paid and the payment history with the provider's transaction reference. If you need specific company details (VAT number, legal name, address) on an invoice, add them to your account before the invoice is raised, then open a ticket to have an existing invoice reissued.

If a payment fails

You are not charged for a payment that fails or is cancelled. Go back to the invoice and try again or pick another method. Common causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank fraud block on an unfamiliar merchant. If you were charged but the invoice is still unpaid after a few minutes, open a billing ticket with the invoice number.
