Adding funds and using account credit

Prepay into your account, pay invoices from the balance, and keep services running.

Account credit is a prepaid balance you top up and spend on invoices. It is a simple way to pay for several services from one payment.

Why use credit

  • One payment, many services. Top up once and pay invoices from the balance.

  • Fewer small payments. One top-up instead of a dozen separate card charges.

Add funds

  1. Open /panel/credit.

  2. Enter an amount and choose Continue to payment. We create a top-up invoice for that amount.

  3. Pay the invoice with any available payment method. See Paying invoices.

  4. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the amount is added to your balance. Bank payments and transfers can take a few days to confirm; cards and wallets are usually instant.

Credit is added only after a payment is confirmed. If tax applies to your top-up, the tax is not added to your credit — only the amount you chose.

Pay an invoice from credit

Open any invoice and choose Account credit under Pay this invoice. If your balance covers the invoice, it is paid in full. If it covers only part, that part is applied and you pay the rest another way. A top-up invoice itself cannot be paid with credit.

Credit and currencies

Your credit balance is held in US dollars. When you use it to pay an invoice in another currency, it is converted at the same exchange rate we used to price that invoice, so you are never charged more than the invoice total.

Refunds

Unused credit on a closed account is refundable where local law requires it and where the original payment method allows. Open a billing ticket and we will work it out. Credit is not transferable between accounts.
