A tour of the client panel
Where every feature lives in the HostingSwift client panel, and what each one does.
The client panel is one page with a sidebar. This article maps every section so you never have to hunt.
Hosting
Services — every product you have bought, with status, renewal date and a link into its management screen.
Web Hosting — sites, databases, TLS certificates, cron jobs and file access for web hosting plans.
Radio — stream mounts, DJ accounts, AutoDJ playlists and listener statistics.
Video — live stream keys, channels and video-on-demand libraries.
VPN — WireGuard and OpenVPN peers, config downloads and connection stats.
VPS — start, stop, reboot, reinstall, resize, console access and snapshots.
Files — object and file storage: buckets, access keys, quotas and share links.
Domains — registration, nameservers, DNS records and auto-renew settings.
Monitoring — uptime checks, resource graphs (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth) and alerts.
Logs — searchable journal and access logs for your services.
AI
AI Hub — a playground to try models and compare responses.
AI Chat — the built-in assistant.
AI Router — an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint with your own keys, model routing and usage caps. Point any OpenAI SDK at our base URL and it just works.
Billing
Cart / Orders — what you have bought and what is pending.
Invoices — downloadable PDFs, paid and unpaid.
Credit — prepay balance that pays invoices automatically.
Payment Methods — saved cards and your default method.
Support
Tickets — the primary support channel. Attach screenshots and logs; keep one issue per ticket.
Live Chat — quick questions during business hours.
Knowledge Base — this site.
Account
Account — profile, password, two-factor authentication and notification preferences.
Team — invite sub-users with limited permissions (great for agencies).
Activity — a log of logins and account changes. Check it if you suspect unauthorised access.
Email Archive — copies of system emails we have sent you.
Affiliates — your referral link and earnings.
Console — a browser shell for supported services.
Admin panel (staff only)
If you have staff access you also see the admin panel at /admin: clients, orders, fleet and nodes, monitoring, backups, integrations, DNS, audit log and the AI team. Customers never see these.
Tips
Use the panel search (Ctrl/Cmd-K) instead of clicking through menus.
Pin the services you use most; they float to the top of your dashboard.
The activity log and the audit log are different things: activity is your account, audit is staff actions on your account. Both are worth understanding.
